Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Data Platform) to lead the technical direction of their Data Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable components for data ingestion and processing
• Develop systems for storing and serving batch data for analytics
• Contribute to the design and implementation of API services and scalable event-driven applications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with distributed or data-intensive systems
• Strong experience in designing and implementing distributed systems for data ingestion, storage, and processing
• Proven expertise in operating large-scale multi-tenant systems with high availability and fault tolerance
• Experience with real-time production systems and aligning technical with business requirements
• Familiarity with batch and real-time data processing technologies such as Apache Flink
