Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and ship core AI-powered product features from problem definition to production deployment
• Design, build, and optimize production LLM systems including RAG pipelines and embedding workflows
• Make architecture and system design decisions across backend services, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python as the primary programming language
• Solid grasp of system design, API design, SQL and vector databases, and cloud infrastructure
• 2+ years of production LLM experience with real systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning
• Ability to independently define solutions and measure their impact without supervision
• Willingness to learn the business domain deeply to make informed product decisions
