Key Responsibilities

• Own outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and build high-quality software solutions
• Design systems by working backwards from complex business problems to create maintainable abstractions and components
• Ensure reliability and operational excellence of systems in production while providing technical leadership and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and operating large-scale data platforms or systems
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Track record of technical leadership
• Openness to working in an AI-native environment and experience with AI-native tools
