Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Agentic First.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance features using long-running, multi-agent development workflows
• Take ownership of features from requirements through design, implementation, and on-call operability
• Contribute to internal playbooks and tooling while ensuring quality, security, and reliability in code delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including shipping and operating production services
• Strong experience with Java and familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration and related tools
• Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts, including SBOMs and vulnerability management
• Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to innovate in software development practices
