Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for the STAT product, owning design decisions on complex features and integrations
Lead architectural initiatives to decompose monolithic components into scalable, maintainable services
Mentor engineers at all levels and take accountability for team outcomes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated principal or staff-level scope
Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and solid SQL Server skills
Experience with MVC patterns, WinForms, and React for modern front-end development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a proven ability to help teams adopt them
