Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an AI evaluation framework and maintain evaluation datasets and scoring pipelines
• Architect and develop reusable agent infrastructure and optimize retrieval quality
• Lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with engineering leads on technical direction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in production AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and AI evaluation frameworks
• Proficiency in production-grade Python engineering
• Experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
