Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Software Engineer I to support their Individual Life Insurance Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile/Kanban ceremonies and assess new requirements for high-level estimates
- Design system integrations, develop secure code, and support testing processes
- Mentor team members and coordinate code movement across technical environments
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma required; BA/BS in a related field preferred
- Experience with CyberLife, Life70, or similar mainframe-based systems
- Technical proficiency in mainframe platforms, programming languages, and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
- Strong decision-making skills for solving complex technical problems
