Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer, Simulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build simulation environments for modeling CTV auction mechanics and advertiser competition
• Develop frameworks for evaluating bidding strategies and automate experimentation within simulated environments
• Define the technical direction for simulation and AI infrastructure and mentor team engineers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in systems programming with languages such as Zig, C, C++, or Rust
• Deep understanding of probabilistic modeling and agent-based simulation
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and their application in workflows
• Adtech experience with knowledge of RTB mechanics and programmatic advertising dynamics
• Proven ability to scope, design, and deliver systems independently
