Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, review, and ship production code while architecting features across the full stack, primarily in TypeScript and Ruby
• Partner with product and design teams to create scalable solutions for supplier pain points
• Contribute to team culture and growth through hiring, onboarding, and championing a high-velocity delivery culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in building and shipping enterprise software at scale with strong full-stack expertise in TypeScript
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks and AI-assisted development tools
• Familiarity with various architectural approaches, including monoliths and microservices
• Solid understanding of agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps culture
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
