Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring they are fast, secure, and reliable
Produce concepts and prototypes for digital products/services and recommend optimizations for existing solutions
Guide junior team members in their development and participate in ongoing learning and coaching

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
6-10 years of relevant experience
7-12 months of experience supervising junior colleagues
Experience with software development and maintenance in a team environment
Familiarity with database design and technical requirements gathering
