Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Customer Success).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build internal tooling, automations, and workflows to enhance support efficiency
  • Own engineering support by triaging issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing code fixes
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve platform support and document customer-facing resources
Required Qualifications
  • Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in TypeScript, React, and NestJS
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and cloud platforms
  • Self-directed with high ownership and ability to manage tasks asynchronously
  • Familiarity with observability tooling (Sentry, structured logging, distributed tracing) is a plus
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or developer-facing products is a plus
