Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to enhance backend services and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance existing backend services and build scalable, secure, and reliable API-based backend services
• Own the health and uptime of production systems, participating in on-call rotations and postmortems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement DevSecOps practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on large-scale systems
• Experience in the Node JS ecosystem and frameworks, including NestJS
• Hands-on experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
