Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and understand evolving agent development patterns and maintain knowledge of research and commercial products
• Develop open-source libraries and tools to optimize agent harnesses and frameworks for performance and stability
• Benchmark agents to identify bottlenecks and create solutions to enhance performance and reduce latency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in at least one of Rust, Python, Go, or Node.js, with familiarity in another
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with evolving agent architectures and multiple agent frameworks
• Proficiency in LLM applications and agent workflows
