Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of voice and chat AI systems, iterating based on customer outcomes
• Build and evolve integrations with third-party AI platforms and internal systems, balancing speed and reliability
• Design and implement observability and monitoring for AI-powered support experiences using production data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
• Proven ability to manage complex features or projects from design through production
• Experience with integrations involving third-party APIs, focusing on reliability and latency
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making pragmatic trade-offs
• Proficient with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and MCP servers
