Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Front End/Back End.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise and ownership of contributions to application code bases
• Mentors junior engineers and assists in their skill development
• Diagnoses and resolves system issues while proposing improvements to software engineering processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in software development and mentorship
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area (backend, infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling)
• Strong generalist with proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Ruby, Node, Python, Go)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern CD systems (Argo CD or equivalent)
