Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and ship backend services for their benefits platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for account lifecycle and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that serve members and internal operations
• Write production-ready code and manage services in production, including monitoring and incident response

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in building backend services and APIs
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
• Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems is a plus
