Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Copilot Foundations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, including code reviews and on-call support

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Experience in building and operating distributed systems in production
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for automated pipelines
• Experience with cloud environments and/or CNCF concepts is preferred
