Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (AI & Backend) to join their Mobility Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, while mentoring junior engineers
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain robust documentation for production applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 8 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in backend development with expertise in Java or C# and frameworks like SpringBoot
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Experience with AI-enabled development tools and familiarity with cloud-native architecture
