Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence by implementing high-standard code and mentoring peers
• Architect and deploy distributed systems and multi-agent architectures for automation
• Evaluate and prototype AI advancements, transforming them into production-ready tools

Required Qualifications

• High proficiency in Python and experience with at least one other language (Java, Go, TypeScript, or Scala)
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production environments
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and drive design choices for maintainability and performance
• C1 level proficiency in English and Polish
• Proven ability to evaluate third-party tools and vendor solutions against custom-built software
