Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Conversational Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation planning from design through deployment readiness
• Design and implement core backend services for orchestration and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and runtime issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend or platform delivery
• Strong hands-on experience building production backend services and APIs
• Experience with Microsoft Azure application services and integration patterns
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, with Node.js or TypeScript also acceptable
• 1+ years of experience working with conversational AI or agent-based systems
