Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer is a full-time remote position responsible for contributing to software development, mentoring junior engineers, and driving improvements in engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ownership of application code and coordinates integration with adjacent technical areas
• Diagnoses and resolves system issues while mentoring junior engineers
• Presents technical documents to clients and stakeholders, and participates in technical interviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of engineering experience, with relevant experience substitutable for education
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area (frontend, backend, or infrastructure engineering)
• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and developments
• Strong influential skills for proposing and evaluating technical solutions
• Experience in mentoring and leading small teams or projects
