Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer, responsible for leading full-stack delivery and providing technical leadership in a hybrid, full-time role, working closely with pharma clients to develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical partner to pharma clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications while integrating complex enterprise data
• Collaborate with client executives and stakeholders to shape project scope and deliver outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with enterprise clients
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), and strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS data platforms and pipeline tools, including Airflow and custom ETL workflows
• Ability to mentor peers or lead small teams while remaining hands-on
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and GTM workflows
