Key Responsibilities

• Lead a user-centric engineering team to deliver impactful software that meets member needs
• Review code, provide coaching, and drive a culture of quality and best practices
• Oversee the release process and implement strategies for stable and frequent updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing production code in modern programming languages
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases
• 3+ years of experience executing DevOps tasks in a public cloud environment
• Proven leadership experience in building consumer-facing products
• Experience in a security-conscious industry, preferably Healthcare or FinTech
