Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading high-impact projects, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will define technical architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems for managing customer assets, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects across Treasury engineering, operations, compliance, and risk teams
• Define the technical architecture and user experience of the Treasury product
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver features for customers and internal users

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Haskell or a similar programming language with static typing or functional paradigms
• Domain knowledge of broker-dealer trading or custody systems for securities, ETFs, and mutual funds
• Proven track record as a technical lead on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience making architectural decisions and articulating technical opinions and tradeoffs
• Comfortable mentoring both junior and senior engineers
