Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with a dynamic product team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain applications, write efficient code, and drive the technical vision for key product areas while championing best practices and mentoring teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team members to develop and maintain applications and features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack, ensuring it is well-tested and documented
• Drive the technical vision by designing scalable and reliable systems in partnership with the product team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem
• Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJs, and React
• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience maintaining applications in a cloud environment
