Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about solving tough production problems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, write, and ship production-grade code to enhance the reliability and performance of critical applications in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade code to fix bugs and improve performance across multiple services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve application issues, enhancing observability and operational excellence
• Contribute to incident response processes and develop tooling to support better system monitoring and reliability

Required qualifications

• 7-8+ years of software development experience, particularly in backend or SRE/infrastructure roles
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python or Go
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, with experience in performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes in production
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms like Datadog or Prometheus
