Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer specializing in Manual Testing will actively engage in client meetings, create detailed test scenarios, and lead defect management to ensure high-quality software releases in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in client meetings to review requirements and create user stories
• Translate user stories into detailed test scenarios and cases to identify defects prior to production
• Lead defect management across the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliable releases

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience in manual software testing
• Exposure to retirement systems and business processes
• Experience writing user stories and leading client meetings
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation at the database level
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
