Job Summary

Leading significant software development efforts, the remote Senior Software Engineer I will design, develop, and refine healthcare technology solutions while mentoring junior engineers and influencing product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated software solutions using .NET
• Lead small projects, managing timelines and deliverables independently
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the hiring and recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience with proven project leadership skills
• Certifications required: AZ-900 and AI-900 (to be obtained within 90 days of employment)
• Demonstrated expertise in .NET and broad knowledge of software engineering principles
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
