Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance high-performance cloud-based simulations and rendering capabilities, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build, develop, deploy, optimize, and document backend infrastructure features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop, deploy, optimize, and document backend infrastructure features
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams across the stack to ensure high architectural quality and performance
• Support technology adoption across multiple hardware platforms and assist other teams in utilizing developed technology

Required qualifications

• B.Sc, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Math/Physics/Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of validated experience in software engineering
• Strong skills in Rust, Python, or C++
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud native computing, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with large scale storage systems and/or networking
