Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building tools that support high-frequency deployments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve build and deployment pipeline performance, targeting 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement AI-native testing strategies to accommodate AI-generated code at scale
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves external developers effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in languages such as Next.js (TypeScript/React), .NET (C#), Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and security-aware development practices
