Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the LLM Observability team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deliver backend systems and APIs in Go, while also contributing to full-stack product features and providing technical leadership across complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver backend systems and APIs with a focus on clarity, maintainability, and backward compatibility
• Build and maintain full-stack product features, contributing both frontend and backend code
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring teammates and managing complex, multi-team projects

Required qualifications

• Deep experience designing and building backend systems, particularly with Go
• Proficiency in frontend technologies, specifically React and TypeScript
• Experience leading complex technical projects that involve multiple teams or systems
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects from planning through deployment and maintenance
• A track record of mentoring engineers and improving team performance
