Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, focusing on CI/CD pipeline performance, AI-native testing strategies, and the development of the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, addressing bottlenecks and measuring performance metrics
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code, ensuring high-frequency, low-risk deployments
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it provides comprehensive resources for external developers, including documentation and integration tools

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js (TypeScript/React), .NET (C#), and Go
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and designing automated test infrastructures
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
