Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with product team members to develop and maintain applications, write efficient code, and drive the technical vision for key product areas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain applications and features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack, ensuring it is well-tested and documented
• Drive the technical vision by designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems in partnership with other engineers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem, particularly for large-scale applications
• Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJs, and React
• Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Experience maintaining applications in a cloud environment
