Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage CI/CD pipelines, design AI-native testing strategies, and build the Hireology Developer Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own build and deployment pipeline performance with a target of 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency in AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
