Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage CI/CD pipelines, design AI-native testing strategies, and build the Hireology Developer Portal, all while working remotely with a focus on enhancing developer productivity and system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and understanding of large language models for architectural decision-making
