Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the technical foundation of a new platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will write code daily, contribute to architectural discussions, and collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and influence architecture decisions across the tech stack
• Own complex product challenges from technical design to delivery
• Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews and design feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with complex production systems
• Proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
• Experience with 0-1 builds
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools in daily development
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product stakeholders
