Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Contributing to architectural discussions and owning complex product challenges, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will write code daily, partner with Product and Clinical teams, and support fellow engineers to enhance software that improves patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Influence architecture decisions and establish building patterns across the tech stack
• Own technical design and delivery of complex features from inception to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable software solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systems
• Proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
• Experience with 0-1 builds and proficient in AI coding tools
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders
• Passion for improving mental healthcare
