Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end computer vision pipeline, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize multi-stage CV systems for structured data extraction from clinical images, working remotely to enhance healthcare supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize multi-stage computer vision pipelines for segmentation, object detection, and data extraction
• Train and fine-tune detection models using custom medical supply datasets
• Monitor pipeline accuracy and systematically improve precision and recall through model iteration and preprocessing optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision and object detection
• Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning detection models
• Strong Python skills with experience in OpenCV and image preprocessing techniques
• Production experience with multimodal LLM APIs for structured data extraction
• Experience with backend engineering, including FastAPI, Pydantic v2, and PostgreSQL
