Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of autonomous coding systems, the freelance Senior Software Engineer will design and refine workflows for AI, evaluate AI-generated code, and create real-world coding challenges, all while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine agentic coding workflows for AI that autonomously plans, writes, tests, and iterates on code
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, security, and adherence to best practices
• Provide expert-level feedback on AI reasoning chains, tool usage, and code output quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with real systems
• Proficient in one or more major programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, or Rust
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
• Deep familiarity with modern development workflows, including version control, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
• Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, and the future of autonomous software development
