Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of autonomous coding systems, the freelance Senior Software Engineer will design and refine AI-driven workflows, evaluate AI-generated code, and create complex coding challenges, all while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine agentic coding workflows for AI to autonomously plan, write, and test code
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Create real-world coding challenges to stress-test agentic AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficient in one or more major programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, or Rust
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with modern development workflows including version control and CI/CD
• Genuine curiosity about AI and autonomous software development
