Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the Senior Software Engineer will design and refine agentic coding workflows, evaluate AI-generated code, and create complex coding challenges to enhance autonomous coding systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine agentic coding workflow systems for AI to autonomously plan, write, test, and iterate on code
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, security, and adherence to best practices
• Provide expert-level feedback on AI reasoning chains and develop evaluation frameworks for agentic systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with real systems
• Proficient in one or more major programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, or Rust
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
• Deep familiarity with modern development workflows including version control, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
• Genuine curiosity about AI, large language models, and the future of autonomous software development
