Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will focus on security automation and application development to enhance Ivanti's information security posture while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting daily Threat Operations activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide security automation and application development expertise to defend against threats
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tools and improve security practices
• Support the implementation of new security tools and assist in maintaining certifications through audits and monitoring

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering languages including Go and Python, with full stack development skills
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with AWS and Azure
• Hands-on experience building backend services, APIs, and databases
• Familiarity with common security vulnerabilities and attack vectors
• Experience with Linux and modern software development tools and techniques
