Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote position who will lead back-end architecture and development for a modern healthcare platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and mentoring fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead back-end architecture and development using NestJS and TypeScript while contributing hands-on across the stack
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive engineering best practices
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and help resolve technical blockers to improve team delivery and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong back-end development skills in NestJS and TypeScript
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and/or React Native
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable distributed systems and APIs
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical lead or mentor within a team
• Experience in agile product development environments; knowledge of Django and Postgres is a plus
