Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design and implementation of major integrations, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to build and maintain third-party data integrations, develop public REST APIs and SDKs, and enhance system resilience while collaborating across engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement major integrations and subsystems from partner evaluation through production rollout
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party data providers while ensuring clean, versioned internal contracts
• Lead the evolution and operation of Worth's public REST APIs and SDKs, focusing on versioning and developer experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in the Node.js and TypeScript ecosystem
• Strong system design skills in resilient integrations, including retries and rate limiting
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
• Experience operating containerized applications in Kubernetes
