Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will partner with the Community Support team and other engineers to design, develop, and launch solutions that enhance customer support for a global community of over one million users.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver end-to-end technical solutions throughout the software development life cycle
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems while participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality
• Identify improvements in tools and processes to enhance customer experience and streamline team operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in full stack web/backend development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong back-end development skills in languages like Java, Kotlin, Node.js, or Python
• Experience with modern API design, microservice architectures, and CI/CD pipelines
