Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build end-to-end product features for a cloud delivery platform, focusing on frontend development with React-TypeScript while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ship customer-facing product features primarily for an AWS-based PaaS, including a Ruby on Rails backend and a React-TypeScript web app
• Take technical ownership of the frontend application, setting direction for improvements and leveraging AI to enhance development speed
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality features in small increments

Required qualifications

• Experience as a fullstack engineer with significant strength in frontend engineering, particularly in React and modern frontend ecosystems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and coding ability across a fullstack codebase
• Proficiency in building developer-facing interfaces and workflows, along with familiarity in cloud infrastructure or distributed systems
• Ability to think through security, privacy, and compliance implications in feature development
• Desire to work collaboratively in a small, agile team environment, taking ownership of challenges and driving solutions
