Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal and external developer experience, focusing on CI/CD pipeline performance, AI-native testing strategies, and the development of tools and infrastructure for both internal engineers and external developers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design AI-native testing strategies that integrate seamlessly with AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and a working knowledge of large language models
