Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing internal and external developer experiences by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building robust developer tools, all within a remote working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves external developers effectively with comprehensive documentation and integration tools

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency in AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
