Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Developer Experience team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer environments, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that integrates seamlessly with AI-generated code
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive documentation and resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
