Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will enhance internal and external developer productivity through optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and managing the Hireology Developer Portal, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own build and deployment pipeline performance, targeting 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy to accommodate high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive documentation and integration tooling for external developers

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools, such as Claude Code, and security-aware development practices
